becoming a Merchant at Illusions Designs
We are always looking for talented, energetic people. We want you to
be creative and innovating. There is no limit to the imagination.
Talk to us and lets see what we can do for each other.
We will accept Merchants whose talents include original creations in
Poser, Bryce, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, 3DStudio Max and related 3D
models.
Merchants with artworks such as prints, gilcess and other related
medium are also accepted in the Store venue. These special merchants
will be responsible for the delivery of the merchandise to the
customers.

Share and incentives
Illusions Designs store will
retain 40% (fourty percent) of the sale's
item.

Promotional issues
About Promo pages - Please provide complete verbiage for
description in a notepad file. Merchants are encouraged to describe
as much as possible about the item in question. If a Merchant has an
idea of a particular layout that is willing to use please let us
know and we can work with it as long as said layout does not
dramatically effect the template of the html page.
We at Illusions Designs Strongly encourage all our Merchant members
to do as much promotion as possible, inside and outside of Illusions
Designs website. More public relations and promotions means better
business for all of us.

Merchants Store Policy
1 - Merchandise
- There are no limits on the number of items
allowed on the store.
2 - Packaging
- Please make sure that all zip files have merchant
and product names in them.
3 - Poser thumbnails (png) - You must make sure the png's
will show in all versions of poser beginning from Poser 4.
4 - Promo images
- Minimum of 2 (two) images. No maximum limit. 1 (one)
thumbnail size 200x320, one thumbnail size 200x139. Promo images 550 pixels
wide maximum, no limit on height.
5 - Documentation
- It is necessary for the package to contain a Readme.txt or
Readme.htm file, clearly stating if there is anything special that
it needs to be done, any special notes on versions, if the package
was designed for Poser 5, Poser 4 or both etc. Any special
instructions such as the need for conversion in order to comply with
Mac architecture should be noted.
Also the Readme file needs to have the Vendor/Merchant Copyright
statement, name and contact/e-mail address clearly visible. Please
name the Readme file such as "johndoe_readme.txt" as example.

IDReadme.txt - Please make the necessary changes or
substitutions. If your Readme.txt file shows any references to Illusions
Designs characters your package will be automatically rejected.
6 - Packaging
- All submitted packages will be checked for proper file/directory
path.

Submission Rules and Guidelines
Copyright Issues - Please provide complete description of the
resources used on the creation of the texture files. This
information can be given by either the addition of a text file
together with the package or it can be stated directly in to an unusable area of the mat file.
If you
character Mats has any sort of skin decorations such as tattoos,
jewelry designs, skin designs etc the sources should be noted on the
Readme file. If the source comes from and third party creation, a
release document or statement authorizing the use of said decoration
is required.

Merchant Uploads
There are no limits on the size of packages to upload. Please make
sure that the files are properly zipped and at the best compression
possible.
Make sure zip poser package plus all your promos images and Readme files are
zipped in one single file with your name and name of the character on it,
i.e. myname_charactername.zip (i.e. johndoe_victoria4.zip)
