First of let us apologize if you login to your account and do not see a record of purchases you may have made in the last few days.

Yesterday morning, the Dayton, Ohio company who hosts our database servers suffered a huge hack attack and lost our registration and purchase records from the last 25 days (from July 29th to August 25).

Please do not panic. ALL your purchases will always be secure with us and in no way your personal information has been compromised. ILLUSIONS DESIGNS does not collect or keep credit card information. That is done by Paypal ONLY.

We urge you to write to us and send us a list of the purchases you have made during this period and we'll recreate those records for you.

If you did register during this period and made purchases we kindly ask you to re register in order to create a new profile and than send us a E-MAIL with a list of the purchased items.

Once again we apologize for the inconvenient that this may cause.
